All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Once any package has left with USPS I am no longer responsible for your package. I have no control over what happens to packages after the package has left.

Codes cannot be stacked on shopify.

If there is an oversell on a bow you have purchased you will receive a refund on that bow. 

If you forget to use a code we will not be granting any refunds due to fees we are charged for refunds. Please be sure your code is on your order before checking out.

If you receive an incorrect bow we will gladly send you a return label and have you ship it back to us and we will then ship you out the correct bow at no charge to you. Returning of the incorrect bow is to help us make sure our inventory is correct to prevent oversells. Incorrect bow must be returned in unworn and undamaged condition. 

We do not combine orders and we do not add to orders unless it is same day placed orders.
